The first level pre-approval has been returned,opinion: 

1. Please provide a screenshot of the applicant’s personal withholding details for the electronic tax bureau’s personal income declaration from January 2023 to December 2023;

2. Please print a hard copy of the employee list, stamp it with the company’s official seal, and upload it;

3. The applicant has previously applied for the management and employment of a Chinese employee. Please provide the personal details of the employee’s social insurance declaration and social insurance tax payment certificate from the time of entry to departure. If unable to provide, please send a letter detailing the reasons.

Reminder information:

2.According to the provided personal income tax declaration records, both 2024-3 and 2024-09 did not declare personal income tax according to the contract salary. Please verify on your own;

3. The applicant has previously applied for the management and employment of a Chinese employee. Please provide the personal details of the employee’s social insurance declaration and social insurance tax payment certificate from the time of entry to departure. If unable to provide, please send a letter detailing the reasons;

4. Please provide additional tax payment information for the period from January 2024 to September 2024 (i.e. tax payment certificates issued by the tax department regarding corporate income tax, value-added tax, export tax refunds, etc.). If the complete materials cannot be provided, please upload the “Certificate of No Tax Arrears” issued by the tax department for reference;

5. Update the application form and delete the old form.

Reminder information:

The first level pre-approval has been returned,opinion:

2. The applicant has previously employed a Chinese employee, please provide the personal details of the employee’s social insurance application from entry to departure, including the “Social Insurance Personal Participation Certificate” and the Guangdong Province Social Insurance Participation Certificate (Unit).

Reminder information:

The first level pre-approval has been returned to the employer (

1. The “Application for Position in China” filled in the system does not match the content of the labor contract; 

2. The labor contract department requires color scanning and uploading; 

3. If the applicant’s valid work and residence permit is not found, please supplement and upload the relevant information in the system. If not, please start processing from overseas (before entry); 

4. Please upload a color scanned original and a non color copy of your passport with an official seal; 

5.If there are any modifications to the content of the application form, please update it accordingly (sign and stamp).

Reminder information:

First level pre-approval returned, opinion: 

1. Please provide additional social security certificates for your company’s current Chinese employees from August 2023 to August 2024;

 2. Please provide screenshots of the applicant’s personal income tax declaration records from January 2023 to July 2024;

 3. Please provide additional proof of no outstanding taxes.

Reminder information:

1. Please provide a screenshot of the applicant’s personal withholding details for the electronic tax bureau’s personal income declaration from January 2023 to April 2023;

2. Please provide the original color scanned copy of the applicant’s new passport.

Reminder information:

The first level pre-approval will be returned to the employer:

1. The fourth paragraph of the work experience list should have the end time of the historical inquiry as “March 2021”. If the “2021.4-2021.6” time period is a gap period, please list the time period and fill in the content as “unemployed”;

 2. The “application for a position in China” filled in the system does not match the content of the labor contract; 

3. Please scan and upload the paper version of the labor contract after affixing the saddle seal; 

4. Please verify whether the signed document is consistent with the passport signature; 

5. If the applicant’s valid work permit is not found, please supplement and upload it and fill in the relevant information in the system. If not, please start processing from overseas (before entry);

 6. The applicant’s educational certification is not found in the historical records. Please upload a complete educational attachment;

 7. Please supplement and upload the list of enterprise employees in other attachments, including the serial number column, names of current Chinese and foreign employees, ID numbers, positions, and foreign employees’ entry permit numbers. If there are currently no foreign employees, please also provide an explanation; 

8. If there are any modifications to the content of the application form, please update it accordingly (sign and stamp).
